Privacy Statement

Curo Consulting, 47 Terrington Hill, Marlow, Bucks, SL7 2RE is committed to protecting your privacy when you use our on-line services (“Services”). This privacy policy describes how we use and protect the information that you provide to us.

By using any of our sites or applications within our website network (“Websites”) or our Services, you consent to the collection, use and transfer of your information under the terms of this policy.

Information we collect from you

When you visit, register, log-in, to your Website or Services you may be asked to provide certain information about yourself including your name, contact details, and password. You may also be asked to share your social and business networking details. You are under no obligation to provide this information, but we may not be able to provide you with certain Services, or personalise your experience or tailor our Services for you. Log Files/IP addresses

When you visit our Websites we automatically log your IP address (the unique address which identifies your computer on the internet) which is automatically recognised by our web server. We use IP addresses to help us administer our Websites and to collect broad demographic information for aggregate use.


Curo and/or its affiliates occasionally send e-mail and promotional notifications to users of its network of sites, products and Services. Curo may also engage third-party vendors to act on our behalf and administer our e-mail services, which would require disclosure of the e-mail address you provided to Curo to such vendors, acting on our instructions. We may use this information in the aggregate to analyse the effectiveness of our e-mail and promotional notifications and site usage, either by Curo, or through our third-party e-mail provider. If you wish to discontinue receipt of e-mail or promotional notifications from Curo, please contact Curo at info@curo.co.uk, with the word “remove” in the subject line to be removed from our promotional mailing lists.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information

We may collect certain non-personally identifiable information about our visitors when you visit many of our Web pages, such as the type of browser you are using (e.g., Chrome, FireFox, Internet Explorer), the type of operating system you are using, (e.g., Windows 2000, 2007 or Mac OS), the domain name of your Internet service provider, your geographical location and what pages you visit.

We use the non-personally identifiable information that we collect to improve the design and content of our site and to enable us to better personalize your Internet experience. We also may use this information in the aggregate to analyse site usage. You cannot be identified from this information and it is used for statistical purposes to assist us in developing the business and in providing an effective service on our Websites.

In particular, your data will be stored on a dedicated server within a secure data centre, and will be retained in line with our data retention policy. Secure server software (SSL) is used to encrypt financial information you input before it is sent to us. While we cannot ensure or guarantee that loss, misuse or alteration of data will not occur, we use our best efforts to prevent this.

Accessing and Updating

You are entitled to see the information held about you and you may ask us to make any necessary changes to ensure that it is accurate and kept up to date. If you wish to do this, please contact us.

Legal Process and Outside Parties

We may disclose information we maintain in response to legal proceedings, for example, in response to a court order or a subpoena. We also may transfer information about you if we are acquired by or merged with another company.
